This class is a primer intended to bring a local activist up to speed on assessing their area for stranded renewables and crafting a project that fits the local population, economy, and resources.

This is very much a work in progress, drawing on our experience in assessing the Iowa Great Lakes region and initiating the project near the town of Graettinger.
